Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipping

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components, including tools and manuals, into the original factory packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup as instructed by our support specialist.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
